The international symposium “Futures of Northern Cross-Border Collaboration” was held in Moscow at MGIMO University on September 26-27, 2011. The symposium was organized by the Pomar Research Forum in cooperation with the Barents Institute of the University of Tromsø in Kirkenes and the Centre for North European & Baltic Studies of MGIMO University in Moscow.
